So pretty much right after I knocked down the first Ratchet and Clank game, I immediately jumped onto Ratchet & Clank 2: Up Your Arsenal. I read many reviews where people would say things like "Best Ratchet and Clank game evar!", or "This is the best one in the series, it's teh bomb." so I was pretty excited to give it a whirl. I don't want to give away to much of the story to this one, but let's say that Ratchet and Clank must solve the mystery behind the Protopet! Don't expect much different in terms of gamplay from this either. The game flows just like the first Ratchet and Clank did, so yeah, it's pretty much just really awesome.

So yeah, the big thing about Ratchet and Clank games is the weapons, and this game vastly improves upon everything. The best part is the controls. The developers all got together and really got things working with this one. Everything works as it should, and thank god for that! One thing to note though is that this game is hard, really hard. Except for the boss, the final boss in this game is a real pushover. Another new thing about this one though is that there's races now! yeah, you get to race, woohoo! Also, you get to fly your ship in this game as well!
There's not much to say here without runing stuff so, if you haven't yet played this game, do so. It's a fun, challenging romp through new worlds, against bigger enemies. Be warned though, this game isn't easy.

Why a 8.5/10?
I really didn't find this one as enjoyable as the first game. Sure the worlds were huge, and there were lots of weapons. But I just didn't like it as much as the first =/
